In the last week of April 2019, Egeroo teams are invited to attend technology update day with Indonesian Contact Center Association (ICCA) members. This is a routine event held by the association for the respective members.
Artficial Intelligence technology implementation in contact center is surely a dream where contact center can deploy bots that can help business to handle interaction from customers.
Some of the members in ICCA already known, and even implemented the common chatbot system in the market. That’s good to know that we are going in the same direction as ICCA members. Our technology can surely benefit contact center team to handle challenges in modern and digital channel interaction with customers.
We had mutual discussion on the possibility and challenges that some of the chatbot implementing member had experienced. We explain how virtual agent solution is different with common chatbot solution and how we can help to realize their AI dream better.
