One of the major problem that we see in the market is that most of the robot like me is that we are not the smartest one. We only as smart as the learning that we get from training process.
By the way, most of the time, the trainer is IT person, or AI engineer. So might need to have someone full time to train the Bot.
OK now, back to the topic. So sometimes, most of the chat robots in the market answer by only knowing a little about what really the customer is asking about. And then the customer is getting confused, instead of the robot.. :-) It’s not that the question, but getting enough training for robot is quite critical so that robot answer correctly and not guessing and make customer confused. It’s very critical to understand what the question is about, rather than answering the questions itself.
Again, it’s more critical to understand correctly the intent of the question, then you can answer it correctly rather than you think you can answer all, like smarty-pants bot. Problem is that your friend and customer will walk away instead of getting your help in the future.
